WHEN TO VISIT THE VET

No matter how friendly and lovable our furry friends are, we should understand that they can only communicate to us with their body moves, sounds and expressions, it is therefore important to know the symptoms that indicates our dogs are going through tough times and pains..so today the write up will identify some symptoms that could indicate your dog is in pain and will need an emergency visit to the veterinary doctor.

When Breathing Becomes A Heavy Task

This is also known as dyspnea and can manifest as choking, wheezing, weak breathing or respiratory attack, this could be triggered by allergic reaction, throat infection, heart and pulmonary diseases.
All these indicates major dog health problems that needs immediate action.

Dog Trauma

This usually happens if your dog has gone through a serious fall, or suffered a gunshot wound, hit by a car, or a serious dog fight, a veterinary attention is needed even after she appears to be fine,
there could have been cases of inner damage that doesn't manifest immediately, once your dog is acting out of normality, a visit to the vet is advised.

Dog Vomiting And Diarrhea
If you notice your dog’s abdomen is distended and she seems to be in pain and/or uncomfortable then a serious medical problem necessitating immediate veterinary care is likely. Abdominal distension may be accompanied by weakness, collapse and difficulty breathing. Abdominal distension can be caused by air trapped in the stomach which can cause the stomach to twist over on itself. This is life threatening if not treated and the sooner you go to the veterinarian the better your dog’s odds for a positive outcome will be. Other reasons for abdominal distension can be fluid distension (ascites) from heart disease and hemoabdomen from internal bleeding such as a ruptured spleen and this is usually common in bigger dogs.
Dog urinary problems
If you notice your dog is not producing any urine then go see your veterinarian as soon as possible. While much more common dog health problem in cats than dogs, urinary blockages do occur and are life-threatening. If you notice difficulty urinating or blood in the urine then see your veterinarian as soon as possible because it may indicate a urinary infection or urinary stones that can escalate to blockage if not treated.

  1. If you look at the current scenario in regard to the grants for small business expansion, the federal government actually offers no direct grants. There are, however, some programs by the government, through which grants for research and development activities that a small business might carry out are provided by the SBA. Then there are indirect grants in the form of small business loan guarantees as well as subsidized loans, wherein you get loans at reduced rate of interest from the bank as the government pays some part of your loan. Or if you default on your loan payment, the government pays the bank on your behalf. As you can see, there are opportunities galore for small business funding and grants through Mr Pedro and his funding company. They offer a loan at 2% rate which is very affordable. As a start-up business owner, you just have to make an effort to find the one that is most suitable for your business goals.

    All the best!
